Project based vouchers are a special type of voucher that is attached to a certain apartment.  The voucher can only be used for those apartments.  There Project based vouchers offered at the following locations:

Gaston Avenue Apartments, Fairmont, WV (Section 8 and PBV Vouchers Offered)
Miller School Apartments, Fairmont, WV (PBV Vouchers ONLY)
Seneca Village Apartments, Morgantown, WV (Section 8 and PBV Vouchers Offered)

If you are in need of a housing voucher for the specific apartment complex please make sure to check both the Section 8 program and the project based programs on the application as both can be used at Gaston Avenue Apartments and Seneca Village Apartments.
