The project based voucher waiting list for Seneca Village apartments is open.

Seneca Village apartments is an elderly (55 and older) and/or disabled building.

Applications are available for the project based voucher waiting list here at FMHA, 103 12^th St. Fairmont WV.

Project based vouchers are a special type of voucher that is attached to a certain apartment.  The voucher can only be used for those apartments.  There are 8 units at Seneca village that have project based vouchers.

If you are in need of a housing voucher for Seneca Village Apartments please make sure to check both the Section 8 program and the project based programs on the application as both can be used at this apartments complex.
